About this house rental
The mazet "Briliana" is a building dating from 1870 whose body is made only of Fontvieille stone and which has been restored in recent years in a contemporary, modern style offering all the amenities. It is classified by Gîtes de France 4 épis.
Facing south, this holiday home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with fibre optic cable.
It is ideally located a few minutes walk from the center of the village, the shops... In a very peaceful environment, on a road with little traffic, quiet and small neighborhood, it offers the assurance of enjoying a holiday in complete serenity.
Private parking, everything is enclosed!!
With a surface area of 148 m2, it consists on the first floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a master suite with TV, dressing room, fully equipped bathroom (sink, shower, storage) and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One of them has 160 cm wide bedding, the second has two single beds, each with a dressing room. A fairly spacious mezzanine serves as a children's playroom, an independent room. Everything is designed so that you can settle in quality comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, two sinks, various storage spaces.
A newly created swimming pool 6m X 3.5m with a depth of 1.40m will enhance your stay, on the terrace the garden furniture with a plancha will allow you to take your meals.
For the period from July 1st to August 31st we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
For the months of June and September we rent for a minimum of 4 nights.
For the other months of the year we rent for a minimum of 3 nights.
