A 10-minute walk from the ocean, the magnificent Open Sud residence offers everything you could dream of to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
You have a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi in a green and flowery setting very well maintained.
The residence is very popular with families, especially for its calm and its proximity to everything on foot or by bike; Supermarket, restaurants, bike paths, beach, markets and all summer activities.
Close to the golf course, the geographical location of the residence is ideal for golfers.
The beaches of the Landes coast are long and magnificent for long walks or horseback rides.
The apartment is a T3 located on the first floor and enjoys an exceptional view of the garden and the swimming pool.
It was completely renovated and decorated in 2022 and continues to be sublimated over the years.
It consists of a living room with a very comfortable new sofa bed, a TV cabinet, a coffee table and a TV (via TNT / internet box), a loggia equipped with a dining table and its 6 chairs facing the superb garden.
The kitchen is new and very well equipped Nothing is missing. The coffee maker is a Nespresso.
You will benefit from a large storage cupboard in the entrance with an integrated washing machine.
A 1st bedroom benefits from a large closet and a double bed (160 * 200).
A 2nd bedroom, smaller, is equipped with a bunk bed and a single fitted closet.
The toilet is separate. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a bathtub with storage.
A private parking space is available.
Access via a gate on the parking lot side allows you to quickly reach the centre.
As an option, you can benefit from the rental of household linen;
For the double bed 25€/week (sheets and 2 towels)
For the single bed 15€/week (sheets and 1 towel)

Nice location and perfect place for a week of surf lessons with the familiy (with 2 teenagers). Kitchen is well equipped but there are also plenty restaurants around. The shutters from the bedrooms need a check. Beds were a little hard for us but it was ok. Nice view on the garden and the swimming pool is there as well for a refreshing dive. Nature around Molliet-et-Maa is also beautiful for walking, running or cycling. We loved the beach which is very clean and on good walking distance from the apartment.
