About this apartment rental
Our vacation home, newly renovated in 2021 and featuring an architecturally striking wooden facade, offers a vacation on a vineyard with its own private beach.All 6 apartments are bright, stylish, designed with attention to detail, and newly furnished. Depending on the size of the apartment, each features a new kitchen or kitchenette, fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The rooms are fitted with healthy, eco-friendly vinyl flooring (allergy-friendly) and feature flat-screen TVs. All apartments have a large balcony (some covered) with lounge chairs and seating so you can enjoy your breakfast outdoors. The property’s private beach is a 5-minute walk away through vineyards. Our small beach house features a changing room, lounge chairs available for free use, a grill, and a table with a corner bench. Wooden lounge chairs for two people, among other amenities, invite you to relax and unwind. Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is also available free of charge, and there’s space for air mattresses and other items you bring along. Our floating raft is located right in front of the beach, about 60 meters away—a wonderful destination to head to schwimmen.Im —the health resort of Nonnenhorn on the sunny shores of the Bavarian Lake Constance.Centrally located, you’ll find the following nearby: the beach (500 m, free admission), the Edeka supermarket (300 m), the train station (300 m), the village center (300 m), the boat dock (400 m), a pizzeria, and other good restaurants (400 m). A large playground is just a 5-minute walk away.
Our exclusive designer vacation apartment, “Familiennest,” is located in the tranquil wine-growing village of Nonnenhorn next to our winery, right on the Bavarian shore of Lake Constance. A unique and particularly sustainable vacation home with its own private beach awaits you. This special apartment offers plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children across 66 square meters.

You’ll find contemporary architecture featuring eco-friendly and sustainable materials. The space is flooded with natural light, accented with pops of color, and furnished with high-quality furnishings.
Bedroom:
In the cozy bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200) as well as ample storage space. Behind the large closet in the master bedroom is a bunk bed with two 90x200 cm mattresses for the children. Unique and sustainable materials enhance your sleep and make you feel right at home.
Living/Dining Room:
In the living and dining area, too, we’ve placed great emphasis on clean lines and color schemes, as well as high-quality and eco-friendly materials. The dining table and coffee table, for example, are made from recycled glass bottles. A cozy, large sofa invites you to settle in with your vacation reading.
Original canvas paintings by the artist Lui Schaugg create a special atmosphere. From the living room, you can step directly onto your covered summer terrace (balcony) to enjoy breakfast outdoors or one of our wines in the evening. You’ll feel especially at home in these lovingly designed rooms.
Kitchen:
In the kitchen, equipped with an oven, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner—or simply to cook something nice at your own pace.
From a ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc., right down to the dishwasher.
Bathroom:
Our bathroom features a real-glass shower, toilet, and a beautiful sink with an illuminated mirror. Towels, toilet paper...
Outdoor Area:
Seating areas around the house offer the chance to taste our home-grown wines, simply enjoy the moment, or strike up a conversation with others.
You can park your car safely in our free parking spaces in the courtyard.
There is plenty of space in our storage room for any bicycles you bring along.
