About this apartment rental
Fantastic apartment located in a charming complex inspired by traditional Algarve architecture. Set in the heart of Albufeira, yet in a peaceful area, it offers panoramic views over the town and its beautiful beaches.
Peneco Beach and Albufeira's lively centre, with its wide selection of restaurants, cafés and bars, are just a 7–8 minute walk away. The apartment also benefits from a private terrace/garden area and access to parking spaces within the complex.
Tastefully decorated and designed for comfort, this spacious one-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples or families. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, cable TV and high-speed fibre optic internet.
Guests can enjoy the excellent facilities available within the complex, including a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols (pool towels are provided), a snack bar, and a tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls are available on request, subject to reservation. During the summer months, a mini-market is also open for everyday essentials.
A special highlight of the complex is the Windmill Restaurant. Housed inside a beautifully restored historic windmill, this unique adults-only restaurant offers an intimate dining experience with just 12 seats, combining exceptional hospitality, excellent cuisine and a truly memorable atmosphere. Advance reservation is required.
Municipal Tourist Tax
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years and over, from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This fee is not included in the accommodation rate and must be paid a few days before arrival. We kindly ask guests to take this additional cost into account when making their reservation.
Please note that parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted on the property.

Good location, clean apartment. Unfortunately, the pool is very cold, so a repeat booking with a child would not be suitable

The overall complex is well kept and quiet. The unit that we stayed in was spacious and well equipped with what we needed, although we did not do any cooking. It had a firm bed which we found comfortable with excellent pillows. The unit itself needed a good cleaning, in particular the floors and closet doors in the bedroom. We did not wear shoes in the unit and found our socks became very dirty. The closet doors were splattered with something and sticky to the touch. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean. Location was very good and we were able to walk to the majority of places, i.e. Old Town, the Strip, and the beaches. Management was easy to deal with and let us gain access to the unit prior to check in time allowing us to drop off our luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very spacious and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and access to the pool and cafe/bar was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is nicely located, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Communication with the property manager was difficult, as the arrival instructions could not be opened on What’sApp. The apartment is a lower level unit that had a musty smell, which was off-putting. That is why we rated it lower.
