Beautifully decorated, this cabin has a spacious floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 10. Relax in the hot tub after a long day of adventures, like hiking the Benton Mackaye Trail, or just soak in the day around the outside fireplace or firepit. Hang out with the family and make some memories you will never forget. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation with plenty of memories, then look no further. All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices, or condiments provided.
You will be provided with 5 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 3 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 10 oz Gain or Tide laundry soap (6 loads), a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you require more essentials, you will be required to purchase those. No more items will be brought to the property.

Guest will be required to complete Willow Creek Cabin Rentals Rental Agreement and provide WCCR with a copy of Driver`s License. Reservation will be canceled if guest refuses to complete Rental Agreement and provide a copy of Driver`s License.

This place was just what we were looking for. A bit off the beaten path but not a far drive to Blue Ridge or Morganton and grocery stores, etc. Be sure that you read the written instructions to the house address because GPS will take you to a different location that actually has the same address. Willow Creek Cabin Rentals is the management company and they are awesome! They will answer the phone and provide you with any information you need. They have a nice touch when it comes to linens, towels and items you need for your stay.

This was my 2nd stay at Encanto and I will always call Donna with Willow Creek Cabins first for future stays. Donna is the best and always responds quickly.

Based on my experience and four bookings later, I will only book through Willow Creek Cabin Rentals and Donna. She is so nice, very responsive and goes above and beyond. Our girls trip was postponed due to the last hurricane and Donna was understanding and made it so easy to change dates and rebook. On the day of check-out we had the pleasure meeting Justin and thank goodness he was there because my car was so heavy and the leaves were wet that he had to blow them off so I could get up the drive. Thank you Justin!!!

Was great, would have been much better if the AC was working. We would still appreciate an understanding of why the AC wasn't working and why the team didn't extend more diligence in followup to confirm the issue was resolved. From what we can tell we didn't have any reachout from the after hours call on Friday evening, and a ~10 hour delay in response to text.
