We loved the backyard. Was such a nice place to hang out. The area felt very safe and had several newer shopping facilities nearby. House was comfortable and clean. Only drawback was distance to Scottsdale so if that’s not important to your trip then this is a great option.

We spent a week here during spring break and while it was okay, I do feel like I should leave a review.
We paid more for this rental than we ever have and we come to AZ every year on break. The selling points for this house were the photos and the backyard. The pool was great and the backyard was private and gorgeous.
The pictures of the house no longer represent the accuracy of what it looks like. The carpets were so stained and brown, and had huge waves as if they were not laid properly. The rugs on top of the carpets were stained or torn. The bedroom with the bunkbed is no longer a bunkbed, it’s just a bed in a room with a tv.
The master bed had huge dips on the side which made you roll into a divot. Sleeping here for a week was uncomfortable.
With professional photos and a title of “Amazing… Resort… Entertaining…” we really thought we were getting a pristine home, and it just felt a little misleading.
Overall, I’m leaving this review so people can consider whether this is the right house. If you plan to stay outside and enjoy the backyard much of the time it will be a great stay. If you’re looking for a gorgeous home, there might be other choices.
