Exceptional

High standard apartment with all the facilities in: kitchen fully equipped, comfortable bed and sofa, TV with Netflix. Apartment is located with close proximity to the beach. Apartment is super clean, nicely decorated and offers all facilities including washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. On top of that super friendly host Eni. Very much recommended for family stay.

Highly recommend this place. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and helpful. They left us some local fruit and home made spirit to try, which was very nice of them. The apartment was great, very clean and had everything we needed! Location is also a spot on - short walking distance to the beach, 5min to a free pool with free chairs, umbrellas and a small kids’ water park, 1-2min to the local city train that can take you to the centre, restaurants and shops very close too. Air conditioning was an awesome option to have on hot summer days. Eni was always available on the phone when we needed anything, provided us with information about things and she was checking if everything is ok - very, very kind and helpful. So thanks so much and we’ll definitely be back!!! 🙏❤️

Pobyt bardzo udany, miejsce bardzo fajne, blisko do plaży, w centrum Umag darmowy parking.

Dobra lokalizacja - blisko do plaży oraz innych krajów (Słowenia, Włochy), bezpieczny parking, miejsce ogrodzone. Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzenia Istrii. Do centrum miasta 2,5 km, w którym znajduje się duży darmowy parking. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna, po wejściu do apartamentu czekał na nas powitalny poczęstunek.

Apartament znajduje się przy ruchliwej ulicy, na co dzień mieszkamy w spokojnym miejscu i ciężko się było nam przyzwyczaić do intensywnego ruchu ulicznego.

Ottima posizione vicino alla pineta e alla spiaggia, appartamento pulito, spazioso, nuovo e ben arredato, la host Eni è molto gentile, dolce e disponibile e lascia nell’appartamento tutto ciò che potrebbe servire agli ospiti, una cortesia che fa la differenza! Consigliatissimo!

Uniche pecche sono: la strada rumorosa lì sotto (ma si sente solo se si sta in terrazza o si tiene aperto) e la vasca invece della doccia.

Alleine schon die Vermieterin, super Freundlich, einfache Kommunikation über WhatsApp, super Anfahrtswegerklärung (mit Bilder) inkl Schlüsselübergabe (Wandtressor) Eigener abgesperrter Parkplatz Super lieb eingerichtet. Und was aus unserer Sicht nicht selbstverständlich ist, es war je eine 1.5l Wasser (mit u. Ohne Gas) Obstkorb und Süsskram hergerichtet. In der Wohnung selber ist alles da, von Kaffemaschine über Besteck bis zur Waschmaschine inkl sämtlichen Zubehör.

Der Konplex liegt an der Straße zu Savudrija, daher etwas Verkehrslärm, dafür kann aber die Vermieterin nichts.
