Clean, very close to the beach and everyone was very friendly.

The location was perfect. We were there for baseball. Although the weather didn’t hold up, it was perfect to hop on the beach when we could. And great area to stay for all of the popular places to eat. Pool was great! Condo was clean and updated.

The bathroom fan didn’t work. There is a weird clicking noise out of the vent in the bedroom on the right of the bathroom, made it a bit difficult to unwind at night. Parking was difficult for our designated condo. Going from the middle it’s nearly impossible to park because of all the beams. We ended up coming in and out from the backside the rest of the time. Maybe a sign for the future would be good, that was there’s no incidents. Condo parking next to us also had a hard time so it wasn’t just us.

Location to the beach

Carpet needed cleaning or replacing ,wall needed painting or repaired. No beach theme at all felt like we were in Italy. Dated

Nothing

There are no cross walks to the beach access. The sliding door won’t slide. You can’t have visitors or buy extra parking passes for a day. I bought a parking pass from the business beside us and the property security questioned my visitor as to way he was using the facilities. They came to go to the beach with me and I don’t understand why that is a problem. The wasn’t full and there were empty spaces the whole time I was there. There a couple of cars there the whole time and they didn’t have passes but we were harassed about ours. There is no office onsite! No one to talk to about your concerns. Just a rude property security guy that comes around at night or early morning. I will never stay here again!
