Great location for a good night's sleep

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town. The apartment is large with enough cutlery and crockery for several people plus a coffee machine. I found the bed comfortable and slept really well. Shower gel and liquid soap were provided. Communication with the host was prompt but I never saw them.

I wish there were some instructions on how to use the various appliances, for example, and it's probably just me but I couldn't get the TV to work except for Netflix and there was some spillage the first time I made coffee. There were a lot of cleaning products but no dishwashing liquid that I could find. The street noise did start early - 5am - but it was quiet then until 7am. There was confusion over the check in time, which probably needs to be fixed between Booking and the host.

avant tout la propreté , aucun ménage de fait , nous n'avons pas utilisé la salle d'eau tellement c'etait sale , il y avait bien des éponges mais qui n'avaient pas vue l'eau depuis tres longtemps , un tapis devant la cuvette des toilettes , il vaut mieux ne pas en parler , immonde !!!! le lave mains des toilettes une couche de poussière de .....mois !!! des miettes sur le plan de la cuisine ; un linge de lit douteux , des taches sur le drap housse , linge dépareillé et pas repassé , ce qui serait le minimum ,quand on reçoit du monde que l'on fait payer en plus

Emplacement en plein centre dans une rue commerçante. Réactivité de l'hôte.

L'immeuble est vieillot, peu avenant et les parties communes mal entretenues. Les finitions sont peu soignées.

Séjour agréable et confortable.

L' accueil très sympathique, la grande disponibilité du gérant par échange de SMS sur des questions techniques : accès Wifi notamment. L'emplacement en plein vieil et charmant Espalion. La facilité de l'accès à l'appartement. La qualité de la literie. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser un coin cuisine. Bien chauffé.

La complexité de l'accès aux chaînes TV (comme souvent de nos jours) via deux manettes, une difficulté compensée par la possibilité de faire appel au gentil gérant si besoin. Juste prévoir des Boules Quies pour la nuitée du jeudi au vendredi, en raison de l'installation bruyante du beau marché d'Espalion de bonne heure le vendredi matin dans la rue piétonne passante, au-dessus de laquelle se trouve le studio.

Loueur très réactif, disponible et sympathique

Situé en plein centre ville , très bien pour visiter ESPALION. On doit être attentif pour le stationnement du véhicule … le stationnement est soumis au disque bleu et il est plus prudent de chercher une place dégager de cette contrainte ; d’autant plus que la police municipale tourne même en cette saison ! Alors en pleine saison ….

La réception du code pour récupérer les clefs : nous avons reçu un code par booking inutilisable et avons dû contacter le loueur très tard dans la soirée : heureusement il nous a répondu … Que ce serait-il passé dans le cas contraire?? Pour nous, gros dysfonctionnement entre vos services et le loueur… s’il doit être impératif de contacter le loueur pour tous renseignements, cela doit être dis très clairement dans vos annonces. Absence d’ouvre bouteille .. dommage quand on a envie de boire une petite bière locale ..
