Perfect location. Close to the beach (600m) and highway. There are some nice restaurants at the beach. Private Pool is very nice an in the sun in october during afternoon. So not cold. Very nice furnished and maintained inside. Definitely upcale house for nice price. Also liked the private parking behind the fence and it fits a minivan.
Some window keys were missing and there was something with the warm water for which we had to flip a switch sometimes. However we never ran out f hot water. Owner said this would both be fixed within a few weeks.
