Große, helle Wohnung. Sauber und gepflegt.
Lage gut zur Uni und Klinik, aber Wohngebiet eher ungepflegt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem. Stellplatz direkt am Haus - lohnenswert, da die Umgebung parkraumbewirtschaftet ist.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass auf unseren Sonderwunsch nach früherem Einchecken sehr zuvorkommend reagiert wurde.

Ausstattung ganz gut Sofa gut zum Lümmel Die Wohnung ist schön ruhig obwohl sie an einer Hauptstraße ist. Ist recht zentral und man kann schnell in die Stadt Mitte.
Spinnweben den Ecken der Zimmer und die colder war nicht frisch gewaschen! Dusch Kabine schließt nicht richtig! Bitte beim Duschen aufpassen sonst überschwemmt das Bad. Blonde lange Haare im Bad! Wer weiß von wem? Im Klo Abfluss konnte man hinterlassenschaften erkennen am Boden vom Klo Abfluss! Ekelhaft!! Wohnung ist warm durch die gas Therme im Flur. Außerdem stört das Geräusch der Therme wenn sie startet. Beim schlafen!! Es gibt eine Terrasse die leider aussieht wie im Urwald. Für Raucher gibt es keine Überdachung im Garten, wenn es regnet wird man nass. Wenn es einen Pavillon geben würde mit Sitz Gelegenheit wäre super!. Ansonsten war es ganz okay
