San Vitale Elegant Flat

The apartment is in a convenient and very quiet location. It is a nice size and within easy walking distance of everything. It may be useful to know that we went to the supermarket as recommended in the apartment documentation called "In's". We went only once as it is in a run-down area that felt very unsafe, I would hate to be there alone and the supermarket itself was quite poor. A much better option is one of the two Conad supermarkets just across the Ponte Nuovo bridge - the biggest being the one at Piazzetta Pescheria. There is also an excellent place for coffee with friendly staff called Il Veronetta bistrot, just at the end of the street.

Check-in could have been better. I wanted to know the exact location the day before our flights so we could plan our arrival but I was informed that they would only tell me on the day that we arrived in Verona. The apartment could do with some more kitchen utensils e.g., there are just two forks in it.

The apartment’s style and size are simply perfect - especially the unique furniture, the kitchenware, the cool fridge and dishwasher, the kitchen island for preparing food, and the stylish cabinet for the dishes.

Everything was perfect, except there was a strong smell in the small room. It might be mold, so it should be checked. Also, the Wi-Fi details should be included in the nice booklet you made-I had to contact you to get access. The kitchen knives aren’t sharp enough, the sink is partially clogged, and there’s only a wardrobe for clothes storage in the large bedroom. The sofa in the living room has a few stains, and the TV is a bit too small to comfortably sit and watch something. But overall, these are minor things-the only issue that really needs to be checked is the smell in the small room.

Las camas supletorias son muy pequeñas e incomodas. Hay espacio de sobra para que fueran más grandes. Tambien es una pena que solo haya 4 cosas de cada (vasos, cucharitas, etc…)

Excellent location. We were near to the town center while still being a little removed, and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The property was clean, comfortable, sizeable, and the hosts were easy to contact and communicable!

The costs ended up being more than originally advertised. What was initially presented to me on Booking.com was not what I ended up paying.
