Lovely quiet compound

The facilities are very good, also there is a mall with a supermarket, restaurants, cafés...etc The size of the appartment is large.

Parking pass took a while, I think it should be provided immediately upon check in, but there was a free mall parking available also during the day

Amazing Place and Helpful Staff

Very Quiet place, clean, supported by exclusive place for parking each car has its place marked by number. There are three magnetic keys you have for the parking, for the building access and for the apartment.

Extremely Beautiful luxurious apartment in well kept peaceful community

The apartment was an extremely beautiful, renovated in so luxurious way that we have ever been, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping malls like Etihad Mall, Mirdriff Mall and in their lots of restaurants. It offered amenities that most Airbnb apartments did not."

specious new place but WAY TOO FAR from Downtown & Jumeirah.

The property was new, a whole new residential blocks. Specious apartment, good for a big family. Friendly staff.

I have looked at hundreds of hotels/apartments before booking this apartment through many different sites. I visit Dubai often and usually stay at JBR or downtown, this time I thought I’d try something new, I hate being a negative person but this place was unbelievably far from the city, I hardly visited Dubai mall or any attraction in Jumeriah because of how far it is. I was driving and the drive was ENDLESS! … the bathrooms constantly were getting blocked and the water was flooding into the toilet floor. - no gym - the facilities nearby are way over priced as they took advantage of how far the place is and wanted to catch out any desperate customer. - was promised early check-in and spoke to apartment manager through WhatsApp two weeks before my arrival and he reassured me that it will be completely fine to check me in at 11am, then when I arrived they behaved as if this never agreement never exist and I had to wait until 2:30PM. I generally do not like giving negative feedback, but in future visits to Dubai I would never consider staying in this apartment.

It’s not apartment hotel that’s me and there is no reception no help disk there is no restaurant or any services the one we usually see it in hotel or apartment. do you have to download the K of the apartment on your phone they will need an email so you have to have it in the email they will need also 1000 Durham As a guarantee.

Big apartment in a quiet suburb

This is a very spacious apartment, with a beautiful view located in a very lovely, quiet residential quarter. The potential of this accommodation is really huge. Its proximity to the airport was very convenient too. Everything in it is new, and the building itself seems quite recently built. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the towels were. There is even a separate room for ironing, storing luggage etc. The surroundings are very clean and orderly, and there is a nice playground for children nearby. Everything feels very safe and protected. We were helped with everything we needed and the communication with the host was very good. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

Since we are a family that wanted to cook dinners for ourselves in the evening, we felt it might be nice if the apartment had some more things in the kitchen, such as sharper knives, tea mugs, kitchen towels, or a tea kettle... We also hoped to use the sofa bed, so some more sheets and blankets would have been ideal. We didn't know that drinking tap water in Dubai is not recommended. So, it would be nice if this advice is written someplace visible inside the apartment, or if the hosts would even provide a bottle of water for the first day.
