Having our own pool that could use any time day or night.
The power went out on two seperate occasions. The second time was on our check out day so we ended up leaving earlier than we were going to, so we could get next to our next hotel in Kuta and find air conditioning.

We didn’t have a breakfast as we chose to do our own breakfast. The property is situated in a good handy stop to shops and beach access was good and easy.
Not much for my stay I found things good. If I had to say anything the villa could use a little more outside lighting.

The location to shops, restaurants and beach are great. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The road way to villa is poorly lit at night and has dogs that bark and growl when walking past them, not great when you have small children. The Villa in its day would have been great but it shows wear for its age and needs some TLC. The kitchen is out an outdoor one which is great, but at night the bugs wear a concern, the kitchen itself is worn and could do with a update.
