Schöner Ausblick Private Parkplätze in der Wohnanlage 10min zu Fuß ins Zentrum Leonardo, der die Wohnung betreut, hat sich umgehend um jede unserer Anfragen gekümmert. Dieses Engagement ist außergewöhnlich und besonders hervorzuheben. Vielen Dank dafür!
Spülmaschine aus der Beschreibung gibt es nicht und gab es nie. Vielleicht ist die Waschmaschine gemeint. Der Lüfter im Bad macht einen ohrenbetäubenden Radau, ein billiger Ersatz wäre für wenige Euro zu haben. Zerbrochene Möbel aus dem Bad (Weiße Duschgitter und Schuhregal/Handtuchständer??) haben wir in Absprache mit Leonardo auf den Balkon gestellt, mal schauen ob sie entsorgt werden. Die Ausstattung (Möbel, Küchenutensilien, Wäsche) war von minderer Qualität und ist stark abgewohnt. Rostflecken im Bidet, der Waschmaschine und an verschiedenen Stellen in der Küche. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich hellhörig, man versteht JEDES Wort aus der Nachbarwohnung.
