Poloha penzionu je skvělá v centru Železné Rudy. Vynikající je personál v restauraci, slečna je úžasná. Slušné snídaně, kde si každý snadno vybere.
Zlobil nás odpad ve sprše, ale snaží se to řešit.

Smrad z vaření v pokoji, kde jsme bydleli. První den jsme na snídani šli až po 40 minutách a dost tam toho chybělo a nebylo doplněno. Snídaně, kterou tu někteří vychvalují byla za mě hodně jednoduchá a odfláknutá. Servírka s panem kuchařem byli většinu času na cigáru, což nepůsobí dobrým dojmem. Kdyby to byla pauza, ale pauzy byli každoi hodinu a trvali klidně 20 minut. Chyběl ručník na ruce!!! A vrchol všeho, teplá voda tekla jen brzy ráno, večer tekla vlažná!!!
