The location was superb for all the things we wanted to do.

No information on where to recycle things, where to put the rubbish etc Small, difficult kitchen to prepare meals in Fridge not very good, We had to keep wiping it out. Use of one towel per person for a week/no where to hang towels to dry Not enough hangers for clothes - only three Very hot in the bedroom with no windows - worry about dampness from the showers etc Curtains not hung properly in the lounge area so difficult to keep the sun out Surprised to find the toilet so near to the kitchen and dining area/embarrasing

Lovely little spot in Lille

We loved the location and the history of the appartement and building, with mix of many original details and modern, classic decor. It's on a quiet block but very close to train station and 5 minutes walk to center of Lille. Very easy to relax here after a dinner or for early morning coffee.

It is an apartment not a hotel, so you need to be aware and responsible about security, cleaning and ventilation but that's also part of the charm. You are the caretaker for the time you are there.

Rustic style french appt in great location

Rustic charm and location are excellent. Just east of the old town, maximum 15 minutes to any place. It's designed to look aged and tired in that French country way which is nice. It's a nightlife area which means it has a buzz but it is noisy. We liked it but it's personal taste.

The steps into the toilet and it's door are tricky and some uneven floor tiles a bit tricky. The windows when closed do let some noise it.

Beautiful, central apartment in need of maintenance and care.

The location is excellent - very close to everything and perfect for our trip to see the Christmas Markets. The beds were comfy and check-in was easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, just needs a bit of upkeep and maintenance.

The property needs upkeep - the sofa is ripped and damaged and covered by just a blanket. The “concierge” service is useless - they couldn’t answer questions we had during our stay. The partition between bedrooms is a bifold door with glass, meaning light transfers through easily. Not great for our 3 y/o daughter! Curtains were missing from one of the bedrooms, when asked concierge if they could replace them they said no. I found spare curtains (which were mouldy!) in a wardrobe and asked if they were able to install these and they were not. We ended up doing it ourselves and made sure the mouldy part was not anywhere near where our daughter was sleeping. Not 100% clean - shower was blocked on first use and husband cleaned it out, finding curly hairs of previous guests blocking the drain 🤢

Nothing the owners can do, but outside people gather on the steps opposite, drink & talk very loudly into the small hours. I lack some mobility & the steps to the toilet & shower were tricky to navigate

Old and damaged apartment. Drain pipe was blocked in one of the bathrooms. Some part of the floor stones were missing and was replaced with metal metarial. it was not smoothly fixed and was dangerous due to pointy corners. WC door not properly closed. WC windows of the building not provide invisibility. I could see the wc of other apartment.

Location was excellent. New and comfortable beds. Very clean. All mod cons available. Apartment block was very quiet.

The door to the shower room didn't close properly. The toilet was very small but this is to be expected in a city centre flat. Some small bits of maintenance could be carried out around the flat, such as loose floorboards.

Comfortable spacious apartment in need of a little TLC

great location, spacious and comfortable overall, heated, very clean throughout, comfortable beds, decent showers, good value for the money paid

Aesthetically the property needs some maintenance/finishing/extra care. There are loose floor boards throughout and a section of the floor in the living area has a not so secure metal plate with raised screw heads presenting trip and health and safety hazards. Curtains were partly unhooked from rails throughout making it look untidy and not allowing guests to close them fully - if they weren’t so high we would have remedied this ourselves as it’s such a quick and easy fix. The bathroom is not very private - you can literally hear everything from in and outside. Property would benefit from a smart/satellite tv with apps/channels for non-French speaking guests enjoying some down time from site seeing. Hand and hair towels would have been appreciated in addition to the bath and tea towels - we did contact host about these but received no response. Missing some basic kitchen ware given that this property accommodates 5 people there were only 2 wine glasses, 1 breakfast bowl, no cork screw to name a few (we bought a cork screw ourselves after having no response from host and left it there).

- Gros point fort : situation en plein centre de Lille - Literie - Présence de deux Salles de Bain - Ecoute et réactivité de la Conciergerie en charge de la location.

Tous les points que l'on peut voir énumérés au fil des commentaires clients depuis plus d'un an , à savoir : - Odeur pestilentielle (égout) dans communs, arrivant jusque dans l'appartement. Cela semble perdurer depuis mi-2025, (rupture canalisation dans les caves) - Electricité pas aux normes : Interrupteurs brinquebalants, fils électriques apparents, fils dénudés sur branchement radiateurs, ampoule éclairage Chambre 1 sans son globe, compteur général (dans les caves) saute avec grille pain... - Chambre 2 aveugle, rideaux séparation inopérants, pas de table de nuit - Lame parquet chambre 1 rebique, penderies peu spacieuses, encombrées par matériel de ménage - WC au milieu pièce commune (aucune intimité) porte réparée avec Isorel et frotte sur sol, nez de marche se décolle - Pas de chauffage SdB 1, miroir cassé prêt de tomber - Verrous WC et SdB1 non ouvrables de l'extérieur

Un superbe appartement très bien placé compétitif VS un hôtel

Une très agréable surprise, l'appartement très spacieux et accueillant, avec un certain standing. Un grand plus pour la literie, ces mêmes matelas et couettes moelleuses que dans les hotels de bonne gamme. Vraiment, une TOP surprise à un budget incomparable à un hôtel pour 2 personnes.

Rien à redire. Si, peut être un panneau pour indiquer les WC XD, j'ai ouvert tous les placards avant de trouver mdr. Mais c'est plus une suggestion-joke que quelque chose qu'on apprécie pas.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut und eignet sich ideal als Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zweckmäßig, charmant und in Ordnung.

Das Apartment weicht, meiner Meinung nach, in seinem aktuellen Zustand von der Darstellung auf den Bildern ab. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, besitzt jedoch einen gewissen Charme. Aufgrund der Fotos wurden andere Erwartungen geweckt. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind lediglich durch eine Doppeltür voneinander getrennt, was zu einer erhöhten Geräuschkulisse führt. Insgesamt wäre das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei einem niedrigeren Preis angemessener gewesen; in der derzeitigen Preiskategorie erscheint das Angebot überteuert.

Clair, propre, confortable, bien situé

La wifi inopérante Et surtout chaque matin sans électricité, probablement dû à un compteur trop faible, chaque appareil électroménager ayant été testé, pas de clef de cave pour ré enclencher le disjoncteur, personne ne savait qui possède cette clef… syndic, propriétaire, autres dans l’immeuble ? La conciergerie a fait tout son possible et ses intervenants également. Merci à eux!!!

Odeur nauséabonde dans les escaliers, qui est ressenti dans l’appartement. Invasion de moustiques la nuit : la 1ère nuit a été un cauchemar. Nous cherchons encore l’interrupteur de la cuisine et la lumière dans la douche est continuellement allumée.

2 chambres, 2 salles d'eau c'est bien vu... La machine à café, un petit plus :) Pour le reste, un appartement bien pensé. Dans notre cas, pour un salon, l'emplacement, la prestation et la location étaient un excellent combo.

Goede locatie in het centrum van Lille voor max. 3 nachten

De locatie = zeer centraal; de snelle en vriendelijke reactie van de conciërges bij een vraag.

Een aantal slordigheden: de uitleg over hoe je het gebouw moest binnen komen = slecht: verkeerde foto van het apparaat en dus ook geen duidelijke aanwijzingen; lamp in één van de badkamers deed het niet; van een gordijn in één van de slaapkamers waren een aantal haken los (wijzelf konden er niet bij: te hoog). Mankementen: afvoer van de douches is niet goed: in één badkamer liep het water de kamer in; een aantal vloerplankjes liggen los = gevaarlijk; op het koffiezetapparaat werkte maar 1 knopje; een slaapkamerdeur sloot niet goed; geen schaar; kookplaat werkte niet stabiel. De meubels zijn niet echt comfortabel. Bij dit appartement moet staan: NIET GESCHIKT voor mensen, die niet goed ter been zijn: de wc was een verschrikking: krap + 2 kleine en hoge opstapjes.
