That’s big room at the high floor no elevator The guy at reception helps you to lift your luggage to your room. The room is not hot water in the shower was broken. The staff couldn’t fix it but they try to help. That’s what I’m comfortable because water from the shower was coming out the bathroom and then to the room the room has not window so the smell is so good insidethe location is perfect. I would not recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Verdzi in Kutaisi, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a welcomed guest in someone’s home than just a traveler checking into a hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — and the owner himself was exceptional. On the morning of my birthday, he surprised me with a delicious cake and a heartfelt congratulation, followed by a glass of exquisite Georgian wine. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day unforgettable and perfectly captured the warmth of Georgian hospitality. The hotel itself is elegant and cozy, with intimate atmosphere. Everything feels carefully arranged — from the homemade breakfast to the stylish decor that reflects Kutaisi’s charm. The location is unbeatable too: right in the center, within walking distance of the main attractions and great local restaurants.

very nice hotel！people are very nice and kind，and hotel locate at center of the city. I like to seat at the terrace and look at the music fountain. clean and design hotel， pleasure journey！

The location is good. But that’s it. Staff is ok.

The bed is terrible, the mattress is uncomfortable and the pillows hard. I woke up with a back pain. There is a small window in the room, with no curtains! So, don’t expect to sleep much after sunrise. This is not a 4 star hotel.
