Still a nice place but needs a refresh.

Stayed for the 5th time here, staff was very polite to help me get a good room. I still like the place, however it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear. All in all i would still come back, but it’s not as nice as 2-3 years ago.

Toilet was not as clean as 2 years ago. Doesn’t seem they use bleach to clean it. Stains on walls are not getting refreshed, i think it’s time for a new paint the walls job. Kitchen: only 1 coffee/tea cup, there used to be four, but i guess they all broke and are not replaced. No problem for a solo traveler like me, but for others one cup is definitely not enough. Lower drawer could not be opened so i did not have access to some of the pans.

Beautiful place.

Beautiful location. The accommodation was really well done with lots of nice touches. Easy check in process. Good to have parking on site. Public pool just a short walk away.

Could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils for cooking. Smoking was permitted on the balcony so if the neighbours were smoking it was unpleasant to sit out with children.

Amazing, modern apartment.

Superb

We got more than we expected from this place. We stayed in the studio with our bernese mountain dog. They prepared the room with bowls for the dog and even a little mat. It was a nice touch. The studio has a balcony with a table. You can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun, which is very pleasant. Our dog likes to enjoy the outside, so we put him in a long leash so he could come in and out of the room. The room is spacious, the bed comfy and the wifi works great. The room decoration uses natural materials and the soaps and shampoos are all natural. The kitchen has cutlery, knifes, pans, plates, mugs, glasses. The oven and the stove worked perfectly. Having a dish washer was very practical. They even provided the dish washer tablets for free. We used the washing machine in the basement. It was easy but you need coins. They also provide the washing powder for free. The sauna was the highlight. We enjoyed it multiple times. It has a great view. You can get extra towels for the sauna in the laundry area. You can self check-in in this hotel. Next to the check-in area, there is a little room with last minute things that you can buy (chips, beer, pasta, pasta sauce). A real life saver. If you want to hike in the black forest or/and stay in a quiet and comfy room, this is the place.

Fabulous and Relaxing

Well maintained modern property. Digital check-in process was not complicated. Modern apartment with clean rooms. Kitchen had basic cookware which we found to be more than enough for our stay. Couple of hiking trials start from the apartment. Enjoyed walking down to Waterfall and walking up to Kapelle. Sauna was great, too.

Great location!

I loved the location and the fact that the apartment was comfortable even with 2 dogs. The walking/hiking sight very near was amazing.

The late check in was a bit unusual, and it was helpful to have someone to open the main door to do the self check in since there is no front desk. The bed sheets in one of the rooms was not changed before my arrival, it even had hair on them. Good thing I brought my own stuff. The sauna area is open and visible from outside. For those with young kids not used to European lifestyle and customs it can be uncomfortable and even shocking.

Hervorragende Unterkunft!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und sauber. Der Saunabereich ist groß mit der Möglichkeit, ein paar Schritte nach draußen ins Freie zu gehen. Das Haus steht an einer ruhigen Lage am Ortsrand!

Wunderbare Unterkunft.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Besonders begeistert hat uns der großartige Saunabereich – perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Service war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend möbliert sowie ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der schöne Ausblick rundet das Ganze wunderbar ab. Eine tolle Idee fanden wir auch die Getränke und Snacks auf Vertrauensbasis – so etwas erlebt man nicht überall. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Nutzung der Hochschwarzwald Card, die viele zusätzliche Möglichkeiten eröffnet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Viele Grüße aus SPN – Spree-Neiße 😊

Trotzdem war es toll!

Tolle Lage, sehr schön eingerichtet und tolle Sauna

Das Personal ist teilweise schlecht informiert über die Ausstattung der Unterkünfte. Uns wurde gesagt es gäbe Bademäntel und man könnte die Sauna auch selbst in Betrieb nehmen, wenn sie aus ist. Und das es zB eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen in der Küche gibt. Wir waren trotzdem gut vorbereitet. Aber es gibt zB einen Lappen in der Küche der whs gleichzeitig zum Spülen und abtrocknen dienen soll und ein einziges Spülmaschinen Tap sowie eine Rolle Klopapier.

die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas verbesserungsbedürftig (Mikrowelle, Nudelsieb) unter der Couch müsste mal gesaugt werden und auf der Terrasse lagen noch von den vorherigen Gästen die Kronkorken.

Wunscherschöner und entspannter Urlaub in modernem und freundlichen „Zuhause“

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer extrem freundlichen, modernen und unkomplizierten Unterkunft. Die Sauna haben wir ganz besonders genossen.

Nichts. Einziger Hinweis: wenn man Kinder hat, die bei Licht wach werden, muss man beachten, dass sie im WZ früher wach werden, da es keine Vorhänge dort gab (zumindest bei uns)

Fantastisch

De accommodatie is heel prettig, fijne ruimtes, ruim balkon en ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Een hele fijne plek om een aantal dagen te verblijven en de buurt te verkennen. Mooie wandelingen vanuit het appartement gemaakt.

Meer wat praktische zaken, zoals een onvolledige bestekset/ servies. De keuken was ook niet heel schoon. Stonden nog boodschappen in de koelkast van de vorige gasten. Mocht voor ons de pret niet drukken, maar kijkend naar de prijs, mag je hier wel iets meer van verwachten.

Reposant et chaleureux

L’emplacement, la vue, le calme, le bon goût de la déco simple et chaleureuse grâce au bois. Le sauna et les transats de qualité.

Manque d’ustensiles pour cuisiner un peu plus. Les machines à laver à pièces qui n’indiquent pas les bons timings. J’ai payer cher au final pour arriver à bien laver le linge et j’ai dû payer à nouveau pour simplement ouvrir la machine.

Wenig Küchenutensilien. Für 5 Personen hatten wir nur 4 Stühle in der Wohnung. Die Heizung machte sehr viel Lärm und konnte nicht geflickt werden. Ein Saunatuch oder die Information dass es keine vor Ort hat, wäre wichtig.

Aufenthalt in der Stuub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, obwohl die elf Ferienwohnungen während unseres Aufenthaltes meist belegt waren, war es total ruhig im Haus. Von den Mitbewohnern hörte man rein gar nichts.Der Ausblick war herrlich, das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Was leider zum Nachteil hat, dass man nicht einfach so zum Essen spazieren kann. Die Gastronomie im Ort war aber ohnehin sehr "übersichtlich". Wir waren mit Hund da und es war sehr nett, dass bei der Ankunft für den Hund schon Näpfe bereitgestellt waren. Außerdem war man mit dem Hund gleich im Grünen.

Wir hatten ein Frage zum Fernseher. Deshalb haben wir die angebene Telefonnummer angerufen. Eine eher uninteressierte Dame versprach einen Rückruf, auf den ich heute noch warte. Nach der Hochschwarzwaldkarte musste ich auch mehrmals fragen, bis wir die endlich zur Verfügung hatten. Eine Bettdecke für zwei Personen, das ist auch ein Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat. Bei uns klappte der online Check In reibungslos. Allerdings haben wir mitbekommen, dass immer wieder Anreisende ratlos vor dem Gerät standen, weil es entweder nicht funktioniert hat oder auch die Zimmerkarten nicht codiert wurden. Beim Check Out hatten wir auch das Problem mit dem nicht nutzbaren Tablet. Wobei das nicht schlimm war, weil wir das auch über unser Handy machen konnten.

Ottimo punto di partenza per le principali attrazioni della foresta nera

L'appartamento completamente attrezzato, cucina comoda con lavastoviglie piastre a induzione e totalmente attrezzata. Siamo riusciti a cucinare comodamente tutte le sere, inoltre è molto comodo avere nella hall dell'albergo una piccola dispensa con bevande analcoliche, alcoliche e altre piccole cose che possono essere pagate in contanti o in paypal. La struttura inoltre si presenta molto moderna e integrata con l'ambiente. Molto comodo il wifi gratuito e la smart tv.

Una cosa che non abbiamo capito è come mai, nonostante fossimo 2 adulti e un bambino, ci hanno fornito i teli solamente per noi adulti. Una volta chiesti i teli per il bambino ci è stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento.

Un posto meraviglio che può migliorare sui servizi e la comunicazione

Posizione ottima poco sopra la cittadina di Todtnau con strada facilmente accessibile e vista meravigliosa dal balcone, posto tranquillo e silenzioso ma non isolato. Già intorno alla casa si possono fare bellissime passeggiate. Casa con spazi comodi e un bel balcone che nelle belle giornate è sfruttabile essendo arredato con tavolo e sedie. Ottimi i prodotti presenti in bagno (sapone mani e bagnoschiuma)

Arrivati abbiamo avuto problemi con il generare la chiave elettronica, erano passate le 18 e quindi al numero di telefono indicato risponde un messaggio registrato, peccato sia solo in tedesco e non anche in inglese ma per fortuna un'altra ospite francese (che il giorno prima ha avuto lo stesso problema) ci ha aiutato nel capire il messaggio e siamo riusciti a parlare con l'assistenza e verso le 20 siamo entrati in casa (se vi capita chiamate il numero fornito e digitate 1 risponderà una persona e parlerà in inglese e vi guiderà). Appena entrati in casa ci accorgiamo che la casa è pulita parzialente, nulla da eccepire per bagno e soggiorno e balcone ma per la cucina sembrava che nessuno se ne fosse occupato (piano cottura e forno visibilmente sporchi con tracce dell'utilizzo precedente, tanta polvere sui piccoli elettrodomestici, dentro i mobiletti con i piatti, cappa sul piano cottura sporca). Segnalato subito via messaggio tramite chat booking, mi hanno risposto dopo il giorno dopo garantendomi che sarebbe venuto qualcuno a pulire il giorno successivo ma nulla, nel mentre per usare la cucina abbiamo dovuto pulirla noi, non saprei dire se poi siano passati o meno. Ci avevano avvisati prima di arrivare che il 18 e il 25 agosto sarebbero passati per le pulizie (pavimenti, svuotamento dei cestini dell'immondizia, cambio lenzuola e asciugamani) il 18 hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani, prelevando tra i loro anche un nostro asciugamano personale che ancora non ho rivisto ma si sono impegnati a rispedirmi a casa (speriamo). Sono poi passati a sorpresa il 24 e non il 25 e hanno cambiato le lenzuola e gli asciugamani e pulito il pavimento (sarebbe utile dotare l'appartamento di una scopa per poter pulire anche in autonomia), naturalmente non avvisandoci del cambio giorno non abbiamo lasciato i pavimenti completamente liberi da borse.

Heerlijk!

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon (wij hadden appartement 8 op de bovenste verdieping) Nette keuken, ruime badkamer en heerlijke douche. Beneden is er nog een ruimte met koelkast om wat drinken te kopen. Vanaf het appartement heel veel mogelijkheden voor wandeltochten. Er is een goed bakkertje in het dorp

De keuken is zeer schaars qua bestek, pannen etc. Geen afwasmiddel (wel vaatwasblokjes) 1 theedoek, 1 vaatdoekje. Onder het bed heel veel stof zo ook in alle trappenhuizen. Vieze glazen bij het “keukentje” bij de sauna. En bij de koelkast beneden is ook geen controle op lege flessen etc Contact alleen telefonisch mogelijk als je vragen of problemen hebt. Je wordt dan wel meteen goed geholpen.

Lo vale por el entorno

El alojamiento está ubicado en un entorno inmejorable y con unas vistas maravillosas. Las camas han sido cómodas. Creemos que faltaba menaje de cocina ( 3 vasos para 4 personas, microondas, espumadora......) , el secador no tenía fuerza,... Es caro para lo que ofrece

Nos tocó el último piso y hay una falta de intimidad total ya que las terrazas están comunicadas ( las diferencia una pequeña barra).
