Très beau lieu, reposant, appartement moderne et bel espace spa. Place de parking. Check-in rapide et pratique.

La gestion et entretien est absolument à revoir... La porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas (chambre 1) Le ménage était moyen, la plaque du four était sale, il y avait encore des poils d'animaux au sol Le local poubelle débordait, invasion de mouche et odeur nauséabonde même jusque dans les couloirs de l'étage... Les pieds du lit en biais sont dangereux... La commande d'un lit bébé aurait été possible sur le site de l'hébergement contrairement à l'indication dans booking

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der private Whirlpool auf einem der drei Balkone – mit der wunderschönen Aussicht war das wirklich ein Highlight. 🥰 Das Apartment war gemütlich und sauber, und die Ausstattung war für unseren Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Auch die zwei Fernseher waren ein schöner Pluspunkt. Das große, schöne Badezimmer mit der geräumigen Dusche hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die drei Balkone und natürlich der private Whirlpool mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Was uns leider nicht gefallen hat: Bei unserer Ankunft konnten wir den privaten Whirlpool zunächst nicht nutzen, da der Wasserstand zu niedrig war. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache wurde uns zugesagt, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Leider kam niemand vorbei. Wir haben den Whirlpool schließlich mühsam selbst mit Schüsseln aus der Küche aufgefüllt, damit wir ihn überhaupt nutzen konnten. Das war bei einem Apartment mit privatem Whirlpool sehr schade und hätte unserer Meinung nach unkompliziert vom Gastgeber gelöst werden können. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war die Müllsituation. Im Fahrradraum standen überfüllte Mülltonnen, wodurch es dort sehr stark und unangenehm nach Müll roch. Gerade bei einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereich war der Geruch teilweise kaum auszuhalten. Hier hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Sauberkeit und eine regelmäßige Leerung gewünscht.

The location was good and the surroundings were beautiful

We were allotted the apartment on the top floor which is terraced and the bed was right under the slope of the roof. Moreover, being on the top floor, the apartment was hot and there was no air conditioning. Furthermore, the building does not have an elevator, and on the booking it was clear that an adult was traveling with a two year old, therefore, if the staff would have used there brain, they could have allocated a unit on the lower floors. This created a lot of challenged for taking the luggage to the room and back to the car at check-out. Lastly, the apartment is very poorly stocked, and you don’t have the bare minimum essentials in the kitchen.

La ubicación es buena, el menaje de cocina muy bueno. Las camas muy buenas y la limpieza muy buena.

No tenían preparado el apartamento para nuestra familia de 4. Tan solo teníamos preparada la habitación de matrimonio. Mis hijos no disponían de sábanas ni nórdico ni toallas. Tan solo teníamos tres sillas en el interior. Nos pusieron unos bebedores para perros, cuando en la reserva no especificamos que nos hospedábamos con animal de compañía. Los apartamentos no disponen de una persona que esté presente para poder ayudar, llamamos por teléfono y nos informaron que nos acercáramos al cabinet para coger lo que nos faltaba. En el cabinet tan solo tenían sábanas, no disponían de nórdico ni toallas suficientes. Al día siguiente nadie nos repuso lo que faltaba. El precio no es barato como para aceptar una equivocación de este tipo.
