With three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully updated bathrooms, including a master bath equipped with a walk-in shower, this penthouse is designed for both luxury and comfort. The unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with two king beds and an additional queen and full bed in the third bedroom, making it ideal for families or groups. The expansive balcony serves as your private oasis, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of waves crashing against the shore. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with the fully stocked kitchen, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable stay. As part of your stay, you will have access to an oceanfront pool, elevator, tennis courts, a fitness room, and a recreation room, along with double-decker parking for your convenience. Experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at Penthouse Paradise, where luxury meets tranquility.

We loved the location as this unit is about 8-10 miles from downtown St. Augustine so it’s not too crowded yet close enough to great restaurants and entertainment. The unit itself is just like the pictures (nicely decorated) with plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together, as well as space to ourselves when we needed it. The view from the living room and balcony was icing on the cake as we enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning and some amazing fireworks on the 4th of July. The pool was wonderful and so close to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to this area.
