Vintage charm meets modern amenities in this 1902 Centennial Trail home in downtown Snohomish. Situated on the Centennial Trail and just a short walk from local dining, shops, seasonal farmers market, parks, and more, this home offers both convenience and comfort.

This beautifully renovated 3 bed, 2 bath, home-away-from-home accommodates up to six guests. Inside, you will want to cozy up to the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, or cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Find a relaxing retreat in the spacious primary suite, tucked away on the main floor, with a king bed and full bath. If a little work is on the agenda, you will be comfortable working from home in a private, modern home office with wifi. For larger groups, the home office easily converts to sleeping space for your 5th and 6th guest, with two twin size trundle style beds.

What we love most about this house is the amazing location! Centennial trail is just steps from the front door and provides 30 miles of paved trail perfect for a bike ride, a run, or a leisurely walk. Directly across the street you will find a park for your family to enjoy. Being in the heart of downtown Snohomish means that you will be a short walk from restaurants, bars and breweries, and all of the charming antique and specialty shops that this historic downtown is known for. This is probably my favorite rental property ever. The house was the perfect home base as we travelled from Olympic National Park to the Northern Cascades. My family of four enjoyed the stay and it could have easily accommodated two more. The home is situated right on a walking trail, across from a great green space with playground and an easy walk into the adorable town and riverfront. I only wish we had more time to spend in this quaint, family friendly town. I highly recommend!

This house is perfectly located for daily trips into Snohomish or Everett or even on Seattle.We had breakfast every day in Snohomish and wandered around the town before we had to head off to Everett. One of our favorite places is the tavern which is within walking distance of the house. Made some new friends there.!

This is a lovely remodeled cottage, with beautiful decor. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom and bath are spacious. There is even a gas fireplace for cold days. The upstairs has two bedrooms but be aware that the second bath is on the main floor- not upstairs. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The location is convienenly close to restaurants and there is a walking path and playground near by.

Everything was thought of- from coffee to toothpaste to baby gates. The space was created with love and thoughtfulness and you can feel it. The closeness to the trail is amazing- walking into town was a joy, and there are fun places nearby as well. This is the kind of place you want to give a five star review of- but are tempted to keep a secret so it will be available for return visits. We hope to return!

Great property! Jen was terrific and prompt with any inquiries. House is ideally situated near downtown Snohomish. The property is very well maintained and lots of fun little amenities made the stay enjoyable. Two bedrooms upstairs, but no bathroom, so those upstairs need to be prepared to use one of the bathrooms on the main floor. Two very nice full bathrooms and a good sized master. Really nice place. Highly recommend.

We're from Eastern Washington & were invited to attend our nephew's wedding in Snohomish. Booked house at last minute after discovering it would cost twice as much to put our family up in a hotel. Best decision we ever made! The home was neat & tidy, well stocked and had more than enough room for a family of 5/6. Convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. & hosts were very responsive & accommodating to our questions & needs. This property is amazing. We could live there. My wife and daughter loved the decorating and the lay out. If we need again we would not hesitate to book. Host Jen was very responsive to all questions. She asked if we would make any changes to home to help future guests staying. We did but we’re all minor additions if they chose to do so. Immaculate place to stay had everything we needed and more. The one suggestion I would make would be to put black out curtains in the master bedroom. I prefer it a little darker when I’m sleeping. Separate heating and cooling units in each living space meant that the indoor temp was perfect! The gas fireplace was great in the cool evenings. It was the best apportioned VRBO we have stayed at. The pans and cooking utensils were very high quality. The property was very quiet. The property was well maintained and looked brand new.
