Spacious Guest House, Handicap Accessible!

The property was pretty nice inside. It was spacious enough for our group to have plenty of room to move and bring our things in out of the car. Arriving and seeing the number of cameras on all the neighbors and hosts home was a surprise, as well as barred up businesses. The only thing that really was an issue with the property was the neighbors. Our stay was 3 nights and all 3 nights they were so loud that it was very easy to hear EVERYTHING inside the house into the late hours of the night, and starting up again at 6 am. This did impact one of the team members staying at the house and made it really difficult to sleep. One of the nights we stayed the neighbors hosted a birthday party and the music was so loud and so profane that we were all thanking our lucky stars that our group of kids weren't along for the weekend as usual, because it was over 3 hours of music that had severe profanities every other word (literally). Then after the profane stuff was over, it was just loud mariachi/karaoke until the sun was long gone. Security features on property include common area cameras, a door lock on the front door that is both keyed and coded, and a keyed gate to the yard. For pets- it is also helpful to know that the yard included in tenant space does not include grass. There is grass on the property, located in the front of the house, outside the fenced area for pups that need it.

Cute property with everything we needed. Felt secure with being behind the owners property.
