The Space:
The apartment features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Please note this is an older home with original hardwood floors, which may have some imperfections. There is also a separate unit in the basement.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the main floor and the front yard. Please note that the backyard and basement are reserved for the downstairs guests, as this is a duplex. There are no shared spaces between the units. You'll find free parking available on the street in front of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in a charming Pocatello neighborhood, known for its friendly atmosphere. You'll find delightful neighbors on either side, creating a welcoming environment. A short walk will take you to Old Town Pocatello, where you can enjoy exploring the historic buildings and local shops. Idaho State University is just a quick 5-minute drive away, making this location ideal for university visitors or those seeking easy access to campus.

I loved the whole house. I like architectural aspects that are original and useful. This place had that. From the hardwood floors, built in drawers in the hall and unique closets in the bedrooms. The place was quiet and felt like I was not in the city. Highly recommend this place.

- The APP to open the door, was cumbersome and NOT easy. Why not add a combination lock at the door?
- Roku remote had to be rebooted EVERY time before use. New batteries added by use did not take care of the issue.
- NO television in either bedroom.

We had a good stay here. The only down side was that there are people living under us and they were pretty loud
