Our boutique apartments are located in Kos town, which is the capital of the island of Kos and belongs to a team of twelve beautiful islands named Dodecanese. The property consists of a complex of three two-bedroom apartments Christina Kos 1, 2 and 3.
Christina Kos Boutique apartment 2
This 73 square meter individual entrance apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story building with a shaded patio of 28 square meters. It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a rain shower.There is a stylish cozy and comfortable living room with a smart T.V. and an ergonomic laptop working station all sharing the space with an open-air fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen is contemporary staged with an island stand with assorted designer stools offering exclusive moments. It is equipped with a regular size oven, large refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine espresso coffee machine and all the needed kitchenware making the apartment an ideal habitat for even longer periods of time when someone desires to combine work with pleasure. The kitchen island with the stools is ideal for breakfast where the sitting area at the patio and the veranda table offer ideal positions for relaxation, reading or dinner. The first bedroom is a master one with a king size bed furnished with a biologic aloe mattress along with an in suite rain shower bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin size beds that can be joined together and turn into a king size bed and neighbors to the second bathroom witch offers a rain shower. The living room sofa if needed is designed so it can accommodate two more people since it can easily be transformed to two twin size beds. There is a possibility for a baby cot if necessary.
