Overall this was a great condo and we would definitely stay here again! The room is great with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The balcony lounge chairs were great for an evening nap or morning coffee. The only two complaints was that 1. the comforter in the main bedroom did not seem to be clean, but this was quickly remedied by the property owner and he was very fast to respond, and 2. The codes we were sent for the outside gates and pool access were not the right codes, so we couldn’t explore the property until the owner got back with us the next morning. But again, we would stay here again as everything else was perfect.

The unit and the facility were both very nice and clean our children loved the pools and beach. Very close to all you need for easy connivence. Check in/out was easy. ECDI assisted me quickly with a gate code not working. Other than that everything was very smooth with check-in and check out procedures ect. It was a great week and very relaxing vacation. We loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony in the mornings and the beautiful sunsets in the afternoon. A great destination for a family vacation. My only complaint about the unit is there was only one bathroom trashcan that was very rusty looking. Adding a new trash can to each bathroom would easily fix this. Other than this everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy Aqua again!!

This condo was perfect! Looks exactly like the pictures and is centrally located to all the good stuff on Front Beach. My spouse and I have been to PCB tons of times and stayed in multiple properties/locations on Front Beach. We have finally found our home away from home, will always come back to Aqua and hopefully be able to stay in the same unit! This unit was impeccably clean and had all of the essential kitchen items you would need. Bonus to have the reserved beach chairs but if there are more people in your party there were two beach chairs in the closet as well. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
