About this house rental
Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in this whole House Lake Front rental, on Moses Lake. Including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, and a spacious kitchen. Over 3000 sqft. Back yard is fully fenced with private Dock deep enough to moor a boat. Spend time on the lake, Kayaking or Paddle boarding. Visit the local water park, sand dunes, or golf courses. This is truly a home away from home.
The house has parking for up to 6 vehicles (including trailers). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Garage has a fun Game Room that includes a full size pool table, foosball, basketball, arcade machines, and a large flatscreen TV. It also has an extra refrigerator and cloths dryer. Outside you will find several kayaks and a paddleboard for your use along with lifejackets and lake towels. The house also has 2 hot water tanks. Come enjoy life on the lake! NO Pets and NO Smoking allowed on this property.
Note: The city of Moses Lake drains the lake partially during the winter months. Please be aware that the lake may be low during your stay between late fall to early spring. The lake typically starts lowering at the beginning of November and starts filling back up towards the beginning of April and takes about 4 weeks to fill. These dates are not always guaranteed as the water runoff from the mountains determines when they start filling the lake. When the lake is full the depth of the lake at the end of the dock is about 4.5 feet deep. (Water toys and BBQ are available during spring and summer months when the water is up).

This property was exactly as described. It was very comfortable, super family friendly and had a well stocked kitchen for all different cooking needs. The host responded quickly to any questions. The location of the house is very close to amenities including shopping, parks and recreational activities. The neighborhood felt very safe.

Amazing location and amazing hosts. Ended up booking this stay again but unfortunately had to cancel due to personal circumstances however the hosts worked with me and my group to ensure a full refund. I really appreciate the help from the homeowners. The house itself is very large. Larger than we expected and we had tons of fun there. From cooking to staying up late night in the living room and game room. This is a great option for a stay if you are in Eastern Washington and have a large group.
