Grill and dine alfresco on the wraparound deck as you take in filtered views of Papoose Lake. Play a game of foosball in the great room, and then light the outdoor gas firepit and finish the day under the stars.
The great room features vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows to let in beautiful natural light. The room has two queen sofa beds, a smart TV, and a stone-trimmed gas fireplace. Doors open to the side deck. The reading nook is the perfect place for a quiet moment.
Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating along with the kitchen bar.
The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a TV, and a gas fireplace.

The window above the sliding doors in the great room is free of window coverings, so the sofa bed receives some natural morning light.Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm -7 am - no outdoor activities after 10 pm. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is one camera in the front facing the driveway. There is one camera in the back facing away from the deck. There is one camera on the side of the home, facing the generator.

Excellent location in the pine trees, close to Lake Arrowhead Village. Beautiful house, very nice deck.

Just to address it, this is a beautiful big lake house -it is gorgeous. My rating comes from my experience, as it's listed as a family place /has beds for kids and toys and such, I feel I must point out a few things: 1)the guard rail on the back deck is weak and wiggles a lot 2) we found a sharp chunk of glass on the floor on the entryway 3) almost all of the chain locks were broken and some of the door handles were in poor shape 4) I contacted Vacasa about needing the code for the alarm system that started going off (I think it tried to arm but it had a zone issue we couldn't ever locate) but I never heard back from them on it. The code was on the Vacasa site, but I didn't find that out until we checked out, from the link they sent for us to check out. I should've checked out the Vacasa site.
Side note: the ceiling fan in the master bedroom shakes so badly we didn't want to use the fan in case it fell. Someone who lived there with it could claim it always does that and it's secure, but as a guest I couldn't be familiar with it enough to know for sure.
Overall though, LOVELY house, the fussball table was so fun that we want our own now, the deck and view were absolutely beautiful and so nice to frequent. The town is adorable and loved the downtown area, the neighborhood was way quieter than I am used to.
By the way if those issues above were fixed, we would love to visit again next year and potentially with our children too this time so, hope to see this place soar!
