Great location! Comfortable inside and enjoyed the space vs a hotel room.Could have provided shampoo, so was caught off guard there. Also, a note telling you where the beach accessories were could have saved a lot of looking around.

The duplex had everything we needed and was a close and easy walk to the beach. Short drive to downtown or other beaches. Listing was accurate. Only thing that could make it better would be a washer and dryer but we knew there wasn’t one when we booked.

There were many things that were in poor condition: closet door tracks weren't screwed in, closet doors broken, patio divider was creaking and sticky. After the 2nd day, the kitchen sink and plumbing started to really stink. You could really hear the neighbors walking up and down the steps. The experience in the place was poor. It is in a great spot though! The beach is close and coffee/shopping on A street. Kind of makes up for it, but this is really a horrible house flip that is attempting to be a good rental
