Vacation rental for up to 4 people. No pets allowed.
24 m² studio for rent in the village of Les Rousses-Bas. Located on the 1st floor of a quiet building, “L'Orée des Pistes” residence, with a private, covered, and locked parking space, a private ski locker, and an east-facing balcony.
Weekly rates vary by season:
November through March (excluding school breaks): €500.
School breaks in December, February, and March: €600.
Other weeks: €400.
Nightly rentals available: rate upon request
The studio includes: Entryway with a sleeping area featuring two 80-cm bunk beds and a kitchenette.
Living room with table, chair, and sofa bed. Small bedroom with a 140-cm bed. Ample storage space. Bathroom with bathtub; separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen: 2 electric burners, combination microwave-oven with broiler, refrigerator, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue set, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, and TV.
SHEETS, TOWELS, AND HOUSEHOLD LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
Pillows and comforters provided. Bed linens and household linens not provided. All mattresses were replaced in 2021.
Studio security deposit: €300 and a €70 cleaning deposit.
Family-friendly resort comprising 4 villages. In winter, downhill skiing (4 mountain ranges, 32 ski lifts, including 5 chairlifts, 5 black runs, 14 red runs, 19 blue runs, 17 green runs), cross-country skiing (nearly 200 km of trails), snowshoeing (78 km of trails), 3 ski schools, dog sledding, sledding, biathlon, kitesurfing, fat biking, adaptive skiing, ice skating… Ski learning area with rope tows, a carousel, secure toboggan runs, a giant airbag, a border cross, and a slide park, as well as open-access areas (free to use).
Downhill, cross-country, and snowshoe trails: about a 10-minute drive from the residence or a free shuttle (ski bus) less than a 5-minute walk away, from Christmas through mid-March. Jouvencelles, La Dôle, Serra, Dardella.
Within walking distance: Intermarché, a produce stand, and Biocoop (150 m), a restaurant 1 minute away, and downtown less than a 10-minute walk away with numerous shops and services.
