Lovely views. Well equipped.
It was very cold when we arrived. Although the weather was very cold outside.

The property was clean, tidy and spacious… great for a family of 5. Plenty of room for our toddler to run around in and not feel confined. Only 15/20 minutes away from Llanberis, which was great as my daughter and son in law were running the Snowdon half marathon. So many other things to see/visit nearby, so ideally situated. There is a pool on the complex and plenty of nature walks nearby.
The pans were unusable as the Teflon was worn, and the fan didn’t work, which was problematic as it was 30 plus degrees. Not a problem for the owner though, who was very apologetic, as she refunded me the amount I paid for the pans I bought, and had 2 new fans delivered by the following morning,

Kitchen needs attention and lounge settee was stained and dog treats left stuck down creases . Sat on patio furniture. Patio furniture on decking ivy growing through it and gutter dripping water.
