La magnifique vue sur la mer, l'emplacement proche des rues animées toute en restant au calme et la piscine avec terrasse et boisson, l'accueil du propriétaire très sympathique.
La salle de bain vétuste et la cuisine avec des équipements un peu usés, le range assiette avec de la rouille, pas d' égouttoir alors qu'il n'y pas de lave vaisselle. Et le store extérieur qui ne se déplie plus .

Posizione eccezionale direttamente affacciata sul mare con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e doccia all’aperto per quando si rientra. Parcheggio privato sotterraneo che in zona è fondamentale. In strada pochi posti liberi e solo a pagamento! Smart tv e letto tutto sommato comodo. Bella la piscina condominiale, all’ombra il pomeriggio. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla la notte. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla movida.
Qualche pecca c’è! Le pulizie non sono eccellenti, alcune stoviglie non erano state ben pulite dai precedenti inquilini, manca la lavastoviglie e la cucina molto vecchia. Il bagno è da cambiare e il piatto doccia molto scivoloso. Aria condizionata solo nella sala principale non in camera (ma non ho sofferto il caldo)
