Gute Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Wenn man sich auf den mediterranen Standard einlässt ist es ein nettes Appartement in guter Lage für Ausflüge. Die dazugehörige Garage ist prima.
Die Hausanlage selbst ist sehr ungepflegt. Verdreckte Treppenhäuser. Schwalben brüten auf den Nachbarbalkons mit entsprechender Vermutzungen. Der Abfluss auf dem Balkon riecht übelst. Die Küchenausstattung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen.
