- Complete stainless steel appliances: Refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances
- Fully stocked with silverware, glassware, bakeware, pots, and pans for all your cooking and baking needs
- Coffee machine suitable for ground or pod coffee (converter available). We supply ground coffee, creamer, and sugar for your morning coffee.
The Bedroom:
- Bedroom includes 2 comfortable full-sized beds
- 43" LED Smart TV equipped with Cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBOmax, Hulu, Spotify, and more
- Large closet space
The Bathroom:
- Walk-in shower

✱ There is a one-time service fee of $50 USD per adult due at check-in (single charge for couples, no charge for minor children). This is a direct cost from Midblock Condominium - paid directly to the building (major credit cards, debit cards, ApplePay accepted only). This charge is NOT included in the rental payment through VRBO.
✱ All guests must register at the front desk upon arrival.
Photo ID is required. All guests will need to acknowledge the condominium rules and regulations. Adult guests must be 21 and over.
✱ Midblock is a residential building (not a hotel) that has strict rules to allow for a peaceful and safe experience for all guests. No visitors are allowed after 11 pm.
Check-In Time: 3 PM
Check-Out Time: 11 AM
✱ Guests who lose the Keys / Parking Pass will be charged a $100 USD fee (replacement cost)

The location is incredibly convenient, and the apartment is exactly as described. Being on the top floor is a real plus, and the balcony feels private and relaxing. The owner is exceptionally thoughtful, providing toothpaste, water, and other essentials that make the stay effortless. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free experience in Miami.

This building is located in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised. I had a couple of questions and the host replied promptly. I would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our experience at this property. The owner has thought of everything to make the apartment itself livable for a family. We were surprised by the toiletries made available and the items in the kitchen that we did not have to buy. The only challenge we faced was that there is only one key card for the unit, which made it difficult if one parent was out with our son, while the other was doing something else. The security is very tight in the building, so you cannot easily move around without a key card.
