Lovely stay overall. The highlight of this home is definitely the peaceful view from the back deck—mornings were a treat, overlooking the beautiful marsh where we spotted egrets, swans, and geese. The area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for enjoying coffee and reading.

Plenty of space for 5 adults and one child plus we hosted 8 others for a cookout. Good sized kitchen, living room and sitting area. Best feature is its large deck and private backyard with a peaceful view of the Patchogue River. Conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Short walk to West Beach.

Nice views of terrain from rear of home. Spacious and inviting master bedroom. Had a few issues with maintenance of property. My partner fell onto front walk from loose step platform. Standing water in tubs due to poor drainage. Non functioning fireplace. Fridge not cleaned properly
