A sleek center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances and a convenient coffee bar. A lovely chandelier illuminates the dining table, and a comfy sectional is ideal for watching TV beside the gas fireplace. There’s even more space for your crew to spread out - an amazing game room boasts a Ping-Pong table, a PacMan arcade game, foosball table, TV, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. The primary bedroom features a new, high-quality king mattress. Extra perks like TVs in each bedroom, the washer/dryer, and central air conditioning, add convenience during your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
