About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment has a private pool with hydromassage, it has a spacious and bright living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with king-size beds each, 2 bathrooms, beautiful terrace and a nice garden with a hammock. Located in a central residential area, close to restaurants, minimarket, pharmacy, casino, all this just walking. A few steps from the beach of Los Corales. Also includes: Wi-Fi, Cable Tv, Private Parking, 24/7 Security, Nice Private Patio. With access to beach loungers at our Villa Blanca Beach Club.

-The only additional cost is electricity calculated based on use, you just have to be careful with the air conditioning and the use of the pool's hydromassage. Electricity is charged upon departure according to consumption (1 kWt = USD 0.50). Make moderate use of the air conditioners and the pool's hot tub pump.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Each check in after 10:00 pm will have an extra charge of USD 50.

Everything was perfect. The location, the host(Sebastián), house, the locals, everything was just as stated with the listing. I visit often and will continue to stay at this location when possible. Once again the host Sebastián was on point. Very attentive and if we needed anything he was always present for us when we needed him. I trust in the company enough to use again and again. Overall we enjoyed our stay here! Just a couple notes for future renters to save them some surprises. The TVs volume doesn’t go loud enough to hear, so if that’s important to you bring other means to watch what you want. We ran the air conditioners carefully but still kept ourselves comfortable - expect about $45 or $50 per day added to the expenses for electricity. If you are going to use both bedrooms and run two at night i would double it. There is a pizza place, smoothie place and small market steps from the property which was super convenient. Be careful booking excursions or activities, we found that the locals are extremely motivated to sell and you might find yourself in a situation you weren’t expecting. When we arrived our pool wasn’t working but they gave us access to one right across from our place - without any hydro jet feature that this post advertises, this did not upset us but some renters may have been excited for it. Generally the area was a bit expensive for food etc, most things were equal to or higher than Boston prices. To take out cash from an ATM there was a 75 dollar charge in total, so highly recommend making sure you have your USD turned to pesos before you arrive and don’t use the ATMs. The property manager was friendly and very responsive.

This property simply spectacular - beautiful, clean and exactly as advertized. The property manager (Aniuska) was exceptionally responsive, accommodating me at the last minute when another Vrbo property was a disaster. The on-site manager (Sebastian) made check-in and out super smooth. Couldn't recommend this place more!
