Peaceful and relaxing, this three-bedroom home is just a mile from the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for your next Panama City Beach vacation! Step inside the home to find a bright and attractive living space boasting comfortable furniture, coastal decor, and an open concept that combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Spend the day sightseeing then come home to use the free WiFi to post today's memories to your social media while a good ballgame plays out on the living room flatscreen TV. You can take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook up something wonderful for tonight's home-cooked meal. You can serve everyone at the dining table with partial bench seating and space for six while the kids swing their feet from the four breakfast bar stools. House was nice and a comfortable stay, check in was easy. Floors did not seem to be mopped or swept there was sand on the floor and it turned my entire families feet black fairly quickly after arriving. The bed sheets also had stains which was a bit weird. Air fryer also was not cleaned out and had grease and crumbs in it from a previous guest. Location was not bad it was a short drive to the beach. The community pool is a bit far from the property it would be best to drive there. The pool was closed the first 2 days of my stay due to maintenance. Check in instructions also stated there would be a remote there I’m assuming for the garage, but it didn’t specify. The remote was not there upon my arrival and I went on a wild goose chase looking for it because it stated there would be a $250 charge if not returned. The showers also turn on in a weird way lol. There were also a lot of signs posted throughout the property reminding you of their policies and what you would be charged for breaking them which made it feel a little less home like. There’s multiple little things that can be fixed to make this a 5 star property hopefully this review will provide the feedback needed to optimize this property. This is a good place if you have a large family and want something near the beach.
