About this cabin rental
Welcome to Kirkland Cottage! Located near Ossipee Lake and the White Mountains, we are a great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! Explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails, while being just an hour from Portland and Portsmouth.
The space
Kirkland Cottage is a cozy single family home that comfortably accommodates 6-8 adults. In addition to a full kitchen, living, and dining areas, we offer 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a queen sofabed, and 2 full baths. To enjoy outdoor living, we have two large decks, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, and a Weber gas grill. All the essentials are here to make your stay comfortable: a washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, indoor gas fireplace, and a 4k smart TV.
We include all the necessities to keep your packing light: kitchen gear (drip coffee pot, kettle, pans, crockpot, and blender), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, towels, extra blankets, and pillows. Beach chairs (for up to 6 people), umbrellas, and beach towels are also provided.
Kirkland Cottage is part of the Lake Ossipee Beach Club, a private beach that includes a well-kept bathhouse that is right next to the Marina if you are interested in boat or kayak rentals. The beach is a 10 minute walk from the house - or a 90 second drive with plenty of parking.
Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.
Guests have full access to the home. Check in is made easy with a digital keypad.
