One reason we picked this house was for the beautiful backyard pictured above for our young children to play in. The attached picture I took shows dirt and weeds. All of the exit doors around the door handles and the stair railings were black with dirt. See attached pictures. They were never cleaned in months. The stove top and oven were very dirty. See attached pictures. For the price of the unit my family would not stay there again

Beautiful house and great location to the beach and town. Cleanliness was as expected for a rental property. Some minor repairs in the house are needed. There was a leak issue from a mid level bathroom to the basement but the property manager responded quickly and fixed the issue within 3 hours. Overall we had a positive experience and loved our vacation!

Great location and backyard. Hot Tub shorts out after 3 minutes. All toilets are slow to flush and back up on tiny amounts of toilet paper. Dresser drawers fall out on floor and mattresses are old and full of springs. Countertop are permanently sticky. Check in and check out times are too late and too early 5 pm and 9 am?? Overall property needs major updates.
