When you enter in through the Ground Level after getting settled in the driveway, make your way straight to the Game Room with a Pool Table that's perfect for letting off some steam after your drive to the OBX! And when you're ready for some quiet relaxation, the nearby Den has a Flat Screen TV, a cozy Futon, and a Kitchenette that opens out to the pool area! A comfortable Queen Bedroom and a Full Bathroom round out this floor so that you can get some rest before heading out back where you can take a dip in the magnificent Private Saltwater Pool (35' x 14') located in the Fenced Backyard. Inside was wonderful. Outside needs maintenance. Pool needed water, garage door broken, entrance door glass broken, toilet in hall upstairs needs anchoring to floor.
Otherwise the property is very nice.

Nice property. Pool and a hot tub, what else do you need? Plenty of room to spread out. Stayed with 6 adults and never felt cramped. Great location.

Overall layout of the house was perfect for 2 families including 4 teens. Pool, hot tub & outdoor shower was a highlight of the house! The kitchen, sofas and bathrooms could use an update and a deep clean. So nice that the house provided pool and beach gear, however we brought and rented unnecessary items. It would be helpful to have the items listed in the house write up. Great overall family vacation!
