About this house rental
Ideal location 150 m from the beach of Cap-Coz!
In the heart of a large garden of 1400 m2, this architect’s house of 168 m2 is ideally located 150 m from the beautiful beach of Cap-Coz and a beautiful walking trail that runs along the sea for kilometers.
Access to the beach via a small path in front of the house.
Independent and slightly overlooking the sea, the villa enjoys an extremely peaceful environment to enjoy the immediate proximity of the beach and its attractions, while preserving the calm and serenity necessary for your relaxation.
The interior space, pleasant and very functional to meet comfortably with family or friends up to 10/11 people maximum.
If you are very respectful of the holiday accommodations you rent, this house is for you.
The house has on the ground floor:
- A large bright living room of more than 60 m2 with large flat screen, DVD player, hi-fi equipment.
- An open, modern and fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, American fridge, oven, hood, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric Won, Kenwood complete household robot, dining table and chairs for 10 people.
- 1 double bedroom (160 cm bed)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 independent toilet
- A large terrace with dining area for 8/10 persons, parasol and gaz plancha and 2 sunbeds
- A garage with washing machine and dryer
On the first floor:
- 2 double bedrooms (160 cm bed)
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm bed)
- 1 triple room (3x 90 cm beds)
- 1 bathroom
- 1 shower room
- 1 independent toilet
