Apartment very well located in the village of Monetier-les-bains, close to the ski slopes of Serre-chevalier which are within walking distance and the start of the hikes.
The apartment is very spacious (76m2). It is south facing and on one level on the first floor. It opens onto a private outdoor area with a very pleasant terrace in summer (table, chairs and deckchairs).
The apartment has been completely renovated with quality services. It is ideal for a family of 4 people as there are 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom with private bathroom (shower and sink) and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
A large bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet/washbasin.
Large living room of 23 m2 including a sofa and 2 single beds forming a bench, which can be used as extra beds.

The town of Briançon is only 12 km away (SNCF station, tourist interest, supermarkets, hospital ..) Frequent bus shuttles from Briançon and its train station with stop 50m from the house.
TGV Paris-Oulx then shuttle bus for easy access.
