Pleasant renovated charming house, in the center of the port of Llançà, 2 minutes from the beach, various activities such as boarding, kayaking,.....

Upstairs, you can dine, rest, and for the children play safely on a large terrace where a plancha is available with a large table and a small lounge area.
On the first floor: a TV, games, and relaxation area is set up. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each room has its own), 1 toilet, 1 laundry room + the courtyard.
Upstairs: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (LV, kettle, toaster, induction hob, Tassimo machine, (bring capsules), the terrace and 3 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet
The shops and the beach are in the immediate vicinity, so you can leave your car in the private and closed garage during your holiday. The tourist office is on the other side of the street... Rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility of cleaning on request.
