About this apartment rental
This charming 47 m² duplex apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach. It is located in the commune of Le Palais on Belle-Ile en mer. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with flat-screen TV, sofa (fixed), coffee table and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, etc.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
First floor:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with a single bed.
The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant setting right in the heart of the town, 200 m from the pier. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- The Vauban citadel located 400 m away (6 minutes on foot).
- Sauzon 6.9 km away (26 minutes by bike).
- La pointe des poulains 10.3 km away (40 minutes by bike).
- La grotte de l'Apothicairerie, 11.2 km away (7 minutes by bike).
- Plage du Donnant 8.3 km away (29 minutes by bike).
- Les Aiguilles de Port-Coton 8.7 km away (30 minutes by bike).

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house. You can come to Belle île en mer with your own car by booking through certain shipping companies.

- Bus: you can visit the island by booking seats on a tourist bus in summer.
- Nearest ferry terminal: Port du Palais, 200 m away, with services from Vannes, Quiberon, Locmariaquer, Port-Navalo and Le Croisic ferry terminals.
- Nearest airport: Lorient airport.
- To hire a car: you can hire a car directly from Le Palais (in summer, it's best to book in advance).

Le p'tit Palais Small but perfect for a stay in Paris. Close to subway and cafés. Host helped us with keys. Recommend for 1 or 2 people.

Le p'tit Palais Amazing location and well equipped kitchen. However, the convection plaque did not work and nobody could help so I lost food I had bought to cook. Also, there were hair in my sheets, so I’m unsure about the cleanliness. The place is smaller than it seems on the pictures, and not accessible. I was with my elder father and I was worried for him in the steep stairs (and there was a lot!)
