Stayed with my brother & 93 yr old mother for sons wedding in Bath. The location was ideal. The house WOW completely thrilled. Kitchen fully stocked & drawers/cabinets identified with labels. Every bathroom had everything that you could think of if you left behind. Shampoo, conditioners, body wash, cotton balls, swabs, eye makeup remover, shaving cream, razors, Qtips, tissues. Spices, every pot, pan, spices that you could ever need for baking cooking, coffee & tea. Jees, I was shocked normally homes are not nearly as well equipped as this Bath home was. Fenced in back yard for my dog, no worries. Neighbor does have a dog that we needed to be mindful of when letting our dog out not to stress her but never an issue. Easily walk to waterfront & all the shops. Highly recommend this home if you’re staying in the Bath area. Great spot!! House was very clean upon arrival & no issues . Ryan reached out to us after 1st night to check if any thing was needed & communication was quickly responded. Area had a power outage and I was notified before I even knew since I was out. Out contact Ryan was spot on with everything & communication was top notch. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!!Highly recommended this Bath home stay!

A gorgeous home in a such an ideal location. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were all very clean and modern. The kitchen and living spaces were very comfortable and family orientated. The house as a whole was fully stocked with more than what we could ask for. Truly a tremendous house as a whole! Ryan was very responsive to any questions and offered great assistance.

We had 5 adults staying in Bath for the weekend. The house is very clean, updated and very comfortable. There are plenty of supplies available, the property manager and owners make sure everything is onsite and plentiful. Excellent communication with the property manager, with timely responses. Great location to walk downtown, to shops and the waterfront.

We stayed here for Bowdoin family weekend with my in-laws. This historical house has great character and the owners have done a great job of ensuring guests have everything they need! The property manager was only a text away if we had questions. Nice walk to the waterfront where we discovered a farmers market with amazing bread on Saturday morning.
