Very nice and quiet area beautiful view
Other than the burn holes in the couch and other furniture, including counter and bathroom, it seems like a clean place, but there will need to be an exterminator come out to kill the cockroaches

I would come again. Price was decent. Even though smaller than I thought it was comfortable.
It looked nothing like picture. Even though I got there after hours I was a bit concern because of area, I didn't know it was a duplex so whe I got to it I saw a car in driveway. It was hard to back up in driveway. One TV did not work.One of lights went out.
