The house was big and clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. The yard was huge and the pool was deep. The owner and the housekeeper we always helpful, kind and responsive. It was a little far from any bigger cities, but I personally loved the small town location, the little park down the way, and the southern charm of the town.
The only issue we had was the AC. I didn't mind at all paying for the AC to be lowered. But the first night the AC was on but not working. It was soooo hot. But I messaged the housekeper and she got over ASAP and fixed it for the most part. It wasn't as low as I paid for but it was good. Stayed more around 75-76 vs the 73.

I liked that it had a pool and the living room was quite large.
The air conditioner was set at 78 - too warm for me but lowering it costs extra. Good thing the bedrooms had ceiling fans. The pool was ICE COLD. And the hot tub was no longer available.
