Apartament jest nowy, przestronny, ładnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Jest także bardzo dobrze położony, w cichej uliczce, blisko Rynku oraz Kazimierza.
Przede wszystkim wielkim minusem była śmierdząca pościel, szczególnie intensywny zapach (jakby potu i pleśni) miało prześcieradło. Nie wiem czy pościel nie została zmieniona po poprzednich gościach czy była suszona w jakiejś zapleśniałej piwnicy, ale przez ten zapach nie dało się spać. Intensywny nieprzyjemny zapach był także w łazience, prawdopodobnie z powodu zasłonki, która właściwie nie jest potrzebna w prysznicu typu walk-in. Samo łóżko było niewygodne, materac "pływał" przy każdym ruchu.
