Dobra lokalizacja, blisko Las Palmas 10 min samochodem. Zawsze znalazło się miejsce parkingowe, apartament duży, dość dobrze wyposażony. Blisko sklep spożywczy.
W mieszkaniu jest specyficzny zapach wilgoci, mimo wietrzenia i otwierania okien. Tylko dwie kołdry dla czteroosobowej rezerwacji. Po zgłoszeniu właścicielka dowiozła extra kołdrę, ale była to nakładka na materac w poszewce, a nie pościel. Niektóre rzeczy uszkodzone jak np, krzesło w kuchni, lampa, tylko 3 kubki.

Netter Kontakt zur Besitzerin (fragte am ersten Abend ob alles in Ordnung wäre, vorbildlich), Wohnung toll ausgestatteten sehr sauber, alles da was man benötigt, sogar ein kleiner Spar ist um die Ecke für den kleinen Einkauf, wenn man wie ich den Norden (u.a. Firgas, Teror oder Las Palmas) bereist dann ist das ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.
Parkplätze manchmal sehr voll (ich habe aber immer einen bekommen, wofür natürlich die Besitzerin nichts kann)

Die hervorragende und ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr durch die nahegelegene Bushaltestelle ist ideal, und das Parken an der Straße war unkompliziert.
Der Schimmel im Bad und die mangelhafte Belüftung. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und die Klimaanlage sowie Heizung im Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht. In der Küche fehlten ein Wasserkocher und richtige Geschirrtücher.
