Considering the negative reviews, I didn't have high expectations, but the room was overall ok. Some changes should be made to some things that are older, but considering how much we paid, what we got is super ok. Our room was spacious and high, the kitchen area is generous, the air conditioning did not blow directly into the bed area.
The location is very close to a very nice beach. Various taverns nearby and a small shop.
The bed mattresses and the refrigerator should be considered for replacement, but that didn't bother our holiday. And in the bathroom the shower space is a bit small and the curtain was to close, for larger people is a bit uncomfortable. And indeed the street is very busy until midnight, so the noise can disturb those who want peace at night.
I do not consider these to be an impediment in choosing this accommodation, I mention them only for the information of those with higher expectations.

Pros:
Reasonable price.
Clean.
Good location (just a short stroll from the beach).
Well-equipped.
Sea view.
Good bed.
Cons:
Wi-fi not working at all (and poor phone signal so streaming anything was impossible).
The air conditioner refused to work at all so I was relying solely on a fan to stay cool.
It was impossible not to get water everywhere in the shower as the curtain is too short.
